Legally , The remedial responsibility that creates after the breach of law or neglecting duty is liability. At the breach of contract, neglecting duty or violation of law the responsibility that needs to bear as remedy is liability. Definition According to Osborne " Liability is defined as a person who violates the law is responsible for that act".
